Special General Meeting 2026 

As part of MND Victoria's commitment to good governance, transparency and member engagement, we are pleased to provide our community with the updated Constitution following on from information circulated to our members on 16th September 2026 regarding proposed changes to our Constitution. 

 The Constitution is MND Victoria's key governance document. It sets out how the organisation is governed, how decisions are made, the rights of members, and the responsibilities of the Board. Following a comprehensive review undertaken during 2026, we are presenting the updated Constitution for approval at a Special General Meeting on Friday 16th October 2026 at 11:00am.
