Carers Can Project

About the project

The "Carers Can" Project 2024, was an initiative run by MND Victoria aimed at supporting individuals living with motor neurone disease (MND) and their carers during wait times for multidisciplinary care.

This project has created five educational videos, providing education on ways to navigate common care challenges associated with MND, while waiting to seek personalised support. Each video focuses on a different care challenge.
